How to build a BattleBot

The sport of robot combat is growing worldwide and attracting new builders in tape numbers. Some new builders take experience, others are complete newbies. Simply all want to acquire the dos, don'ts and all-time practices of the sport—and all have dreams and ideas for the next best BattleBot. So how exercise you build 1?
